AMC recently attended the bridal show at the Heitman House in Fort Myer’s River District and had a great time catching up with several area vendors including Paul Eastman from Talent – the Agency of Choice, Ashley and Sam with Ashley Brockinton Photography, Donna Polselli from Jewels by Park Lane, and many more, as well as meeting several excited brides and their families!
The day was absolutely gorgeous set on the water side as guests enjoyed displays by the Heitman House’s preferred vendors, a elegant fashion show by the Lace and Roses bridal salon, and delightful treats served by Blue Windows Catering.

Kind of contridicts your previous blog of BEWARE OF PREFERRED VENDORS, HUH?

appreciate the comments – the post, if you read it carefully, it talks about paid-for lists and what brides should watch out for… In other words, take everything with a grain of salt and ultimately, let the vendors’ work be the best source of an evaluation. A vendor can get on a list but they can’t hide their work if a customer asks to see a sample! Service wise, its more difficult to evaluate a vendor but there are lots of telltales – I guess that’s a whole new post!
